The Job During my practicum at Scope Media, I designed an early prototype of the company's AI Stylist, a personal shopper kiosk for clothing stores. Shoppers stand in front of the large screen to have their photo taken and their style analyzed, then receive suggestions from the store's inventory that suit their look. Building on a few inherited brand elements, I designed the user flow, interface, and visual direction for most of what is shown here.

Created in collaboration with JAC by JC, using pieces from their inventory, the kiosk blends real life with digital.


Creative Direction I wanted the interface to feel delicate, ornate, and rich, yet restrained and minimal. JAC by JC serves a largely bilingual clientele, so bringing the two cultures together was central to the look and feel. The aim was a digital experience as elevated as the clothing they sell.
